On August 29, 2014, the modification to the General Rules on Foreign Trade Matters (RCGMCE) for2014 and its annexes 10 and 21 was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), through which to know the creation of a new sector of theregistry of sectoral exporters called Gold, Silver and Copper, which includes:
56 tariff fractions.
In order to export Gold, silver and copper in Mexico, you must be registered in the Sectoral Exporters Registry, an essential requirement to market.
