As of February 1,2015, the Tax Administration Service announces the entry into force of the Fifth Resolution of Modifications where Sector 11 “Textiles and Clothing” is added to the Sectorial Register of Importers Section. Therefore, those companies that import merchandise classified in the tariff fractions included in Chapters 50 to 63 ofthe General Import and Export Tax Rate will have to register in this new and specific Register of Importers, which contemplates the Chapters :50 a 63 de la TIGIE.
We have had this Register of Importers since the beginning of its validity to carry out importsof textiles or rather of products with textile materials that are subject tothis regulation.
We have documented and implemented a procedure to carry out your operation by complying with each requirement in customs, accounting and tax matters through the purchase and saleof merchandise, contracts for the transfer of rights, agreements for the recognition of debts and/or compensation of balances.
